In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with one exterior doorbell camera. The camera is exterior only. There is a private work studio on the property, no guest access to this studio. You will find that it is fenced off from the rest of the backyard- to ensure privacy for all.

Our home is in the middle of everything - literally. ~20 minutes to the best ski resorts in the world 🏂❄️ ⛷️ ~20 minutes to downtown SLC ~20 minutes to Utah County ~20 minutes to SLC International Airport🛫 There is also a very diverse dining scene, all within walking distance. • Dutch Brothers Coffee • Bohemian Brewery- Old-world European specialty fare and lagers • Tous les Jours Cafe' • Ganesh Indian Cuisine- Fresh and Authentic Indian Favorites • 2 Row Brewing- Fabulous local brewery with great bar food and games and trivia/craft nights. Guest Access
You'll have access to the entire home. This will include the 4-car driveway, private backyard, and patio, including new BBQ grill, pergola, hot tub, and fire pit. Please do not park in the asphalt drive on the east side of the home. This is reserved for access to a private work studio we have on the property.
